[美食一刻] 笨手笨脚地开始煮妇生活(6月7日更新P63)

用高压锅做出来的真的很好吃.
但最好有蒸肉粉.
(偶是上个月过来时带来的两包,这边不知有没有卖的,
中华物产店可能有.国内买的就几块钱一包)
有那个粉粉地话,
你买回肉或排骨洗净后放入切成片的姜和切成段的葱.
可以放一些切成块的土豆或是别的比较吸油的菜也可以.比如芋头之类.
加些酱油,少少盐和料酒腌大约20分钟左右.
偶这次没计时间估摸着等其它的材料准备好就让它下锅了.
在肉腌得差不多时,你就要开始在锅里把那个粉用中小火干炒一会,
炒得泛黄就差不多了,最后可以加些色拉油进去.
然后把腌着的肉和菜一起倒进去,搅拌均匀,然后就装进盘里,
放进高压锅,等水开后中小火蒸20分钟的样子,关火再等它焖十分钟.
就可以开吃了.
那粉粉有五香和麻辣的两种,你可以根据自己的喜好去选.
但如果没有那个粉,要自己配的话,就比较困难一些.
我昨天也是参考了一下这个网址的做法.

12月4日お昼 给他煮的粥+我的咖喱乌冬
昨晚他看到牛奶快要到期,就把剩下的全喝了,谁知坏事了,半夜拉肚子,今天胃口也不行,
他说吃おもち对胃好,我不信,那东西应该是糯米做的吧,吃了不好消化才对.我觉得那个也不好吃.
最后商量了半天,一致认为喝粥最好,
电饭煲煮起来太慢,就拿家里仅有的一个小土锅,给他熬.其间要在旁边不时地搅动.
哈哈,他没见过这种做法,在旁边拼命地夸我是天才厨师.
我跟他说,中国很多餐馆都用瓦煲煮粥或是煲汤,而我最喜欢的煲仔饭也是用这种锅做出来滴.

今天晚上吃饭,碗都来不及洗,两人就赶去一家比较远的超市买压力锅和作蛋糕的工具.周六日那条路严重堵车,我们可不想在路上浪费时间,就赶在超市关门前匆匆买了.第一次去这家超市,除了有点远,东西便宜种类多,打算下次平日去慢慢看.啊哈哈,有了压力锅我就可以吃猪蹄了吧[em05]

说这个是エビチリ,可能很少有人会认同.都怪我太细心,把虾头和虾壳都去掉才做的,所以原本应该很大盘的エビチリ,现在搞得好像是エビチリスープ.不过老公说吃的时候倒是比较省心,味道也还行.就是卖相啊有点小小地遗憾.我对虾蟹类过敏,所以老公负责消灭它.

说它是加小号的,因为那是一个人用的锅,量真是比较小的.
我最喜欢里面的巾着.它里面不是包的おもち,我用作味噌汤没吃完的油揚げ,里面包上肉馅,味道一级棒!

我非常之后悔昨天弄了太多肉.
导致我从昨晚到今天晚上一直在吃剩余的.
现在都不敢再想这个肉字了.
今晚弄清淡点.
明太子入り卵焼き
第一次卷鸡蛋.好像是弄的太厚了,所以底部不是漂亮的黄色.下次改进.

厚揚げと大根おろしのさっぱりあえ+麩とわかめのみそ汁
这个本应该是比较漂亮的.结果因为等老公加班回来.
我把葱放在调味料儿里泡太久了,最后淋在上面时,葱都蔫儿了.
味道还是很棒滴,老公连连说这个好吃.

前天用时,我还吓得不敢在厨房呆呢.
不过,买一个质量好一点的锅,还是挺安全的.
用起来很省GAS,而且省时间.挺方便的.
