排骨有卖呀，就比普通肉稍贵一些
放进锅里家里有什么就炖什么，最近吃的是我妈给寄得干货，有黄花菜亚鱿鱼干什么的，一般就炖白萝卜拉~
我都用高压锅，要不太花时间了
姜，大葱段，排骨，飞趟水，冲干净
再放水炖，如果是大骨头得放点点醋
肉烂了加盐，酒，味精
