长崎的中华街的华侨主要是福建闽南人在明清时期在那里经商并定居下来的,

ちゃんぽん是经过改变的适合日本人口味的福建风煮面.

ちゃんぽん是闽南话吃饭的谐音.闽南话发音为ジャ泵,ジャボゥオ。

我本来也不知道,在东京吃的时候,店长告诉我的.

才知道原来如此啊.怪不得店内的墙壁上都是中文.
