不挢的话不入味啊........我们都用勺子吃..感觉还行.....豆腐一块一快的当然比较好看了,不过里面很难入味哦.

做的时候要稍微多点水,豆腐要块状,当然也不能太大~~调料的味道要放重点,使用的豆瓣酱很重要~

小火煮,最后加生粉收汁就可以了~~~
