大致要求如下:
fine the Job Description for NetworkLevel 2 support as below:
- Level-2 support of Network & Firewall (Incident management, Change management).
- CCNA, CCNP
- JLPT 1
- Manage Firewall Change requests.
- Co-ordinate with the Level 1 support team (Kind of Team coordinator).
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Handling the level 1 team to make them understand process, e-mail writing on Japanese Language.
- Providing Remote support.
- Documentation and Translation of documents from Japanese to English.
JobProfile:
· Manage in country network of Client in Japan.
· Proactive Monitoring & Troubleshooting of Client’s Network, which has total 9 sites & more than
600 devices whichincludes layer 2 & layer 3 switches.
· Coordination with CLIENT & local telecom companies & localhardware vendors to fix the issues Network (fault management & incidentmanagement).
· Lead a team of 4 members.
· Incident Management, Problem Management. (ITIL Management Practices)
· Change Management including Firewall changes, Switch port allocation,etc.
KeyFunctional Areas:
Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports for Incident management, problem management, change management and present it to CLIENT Japan.
Certifications
- Preferred JLPT 1 certified candidate.
- Cisco Certification
- Preferred ITIL Foundation V3 / EXIN certification.
NetworkHardware &
Network monitoring tools
- A good hands-on experience of working on Cisco series Switches 2950, 3560,4500, 6500
- Experience of working on HP Open View NNM, Solar winds Orion, Cacti.
JapaneseLanguage
- Good experience to work with Japanese Clients in Japanese Language.
- Experience of reporting in Japanese Language.

salary S$4500-5000(RMB 20000-23000)
