All the reasons you mentioned about application
just proved that applying for U in Japan is much easier than applying for US ones
The education level in Japan still has a long way to go...

About the job, it has more chance to be admitted by the Big US company in Japan,
but you could barely improve and grow that fast than in China.

compared with all those interenation students or other graduates,
the only differentiating point is the international experience or japanese language. Thats it.
If you want make your investment worthier, just get some good experience in Local big fame Japanese company,
not US one, although it is my personal pespective
