剧情　　
       漂亮的哈妮从小就非常喜欢跳舞，现在她长成一个性感的大姑娘了，她梦想着向更多的人展示她的舞蹈。许多年来，哈妮对舞蹈的热情和执著，吸引了许多追随者，她一直梦想着成为一名职业舞蹈演员和舞蹈指导老师。
　　在哈妮生活的郊区，跳舞显然没有出路，她的父母希望哈妮能够有份比较保险的工作。但哈妮为了自己的理想，依然离开家来到了市区，那里的街道上从满了音乐和勇气，许许多多的年青人走上街头大胆的唱歌跳舞，哈妮立刻被这种充满激情的环境吸引了，更渴望带领这些年青人跳出更棒的舞蹈。
　　街头不仅有舞蹈、音乐和激情，还有各种黑暗的恶势力，生活在那里实际上是非常艰难的，即使如此，哈妮仍然认定这里就是她走向成功的舞台。哈妮开始向街区里的年青人教授街舞，她组织起HIP-HOP舞蹈队，在当地比较中心的地方练习，到了晚上她们则在酒吧里跳舞，她的激情和技巧几乎吸引了整个城市的年青人。
　　在一次中间休息的时候，哈妮遇到了一位电视导演，他在酒吧里看完哈妮的舞蹈后被吸引，希望能够把和妮的舞蹈拍成短片搬上电视。哈妮当然欣喜若狂，在电视上她光芒四射，并且终于实现了梦想成为了编舞的舞蹈指导，开始为一些Hip-Hop和R&B的流行音乐设计舞台动作。
　　正当哈妮幸福的沉浸在她的舞蹈事业，就要成为一名真正意义上的职业MV舞蹈执导的时候，她遇到了一个天大的麻烦：一个从前曾提携过她的所谓导师、现在的一个酒吧老板威胁哈妮，想要继续发展她的编舞事业就必须和自己上床，否则就联合舞蹈业内的其他人对哈妮进行全面封杀，毁了她的事业。
　　面对这样一个无赖，哈妮感到了无未有过的挫败感，好在她是个坚强的女人，她还有像一大帮的朋友和舞迷(乔伊•布赖恩特和歌手L'il Romeo等 饰)支持，哈妮也遇到了自己真正的“黑马王子”(迈奇•菲弗 饰)，她决定继续去追求一辈子的梦想，一手创办属于自己的舞蹈学园，专门培育后起之秀……


认识阿尔芭是看罪恶之城，很久之后又看的这部甜心辣舞，可能是对阿尔芭太迷恋，加上片子调子较暗（我喜欢），片子又不恶俗，看完后很是喜欢，对阿尔芭的爱慕之情犹如滔滔江水可能很多人会觉得片子的舞蹈场面缺乏看点，但应该考虑到这是一个女性舞者的故事，要求不要太高了，阿尔芭的开场的秀舞应该是全篇精彩的一笔，美女配上颇有韵味的舞蹈设计，再加上镜头的表现，很完美一部小成本的商业片，阿尔芭的秀场，喜欢阿尔芭的就多给些掌声吧
