My New Year's resolution is to make more time for myself.

I have too much stress.

I want to increase the time to do the things I really want to do.

This will make me happier and healthier.

same here , feel stressed all the time when i am here in japan , will spend more time doing what i really wanna do this year though ....

everyone in japan has stress.....
it is because of this contry or because of ourselves?

i think it is because of the culture .... western life is not like that , well at least the place where i came from is not the same ......
