客服突然发邮件给我,一会儿说我的支付有问题,已经退款,一会儿说我的订单有问题要我联系他们。
我只想知道他们到底有没有从我信用卡扣钱?扣了的话退款了没。
他们来的第一封:

我回的:
"unable to process the payment" means no money was dedcuted from my credit card, am I correct?
他们回的:
Your order was voided, this means that you will not see an actual refund as the charges will drop from your account!
Please contact your bank for any further questions regarding this transaction.
