房租最近装修(2019/06)，一切都是新的! 6间卧室（4间出租，6万-8万起），两个卫生间，一个浴缸，一个淋浴房。30平米客厅，全不锈钢岛式厨房，你需要的都有。房主和他的狗（可爱的小黑柴）一起住在房子里。目前的租客大多是知名公司的工程师或软件开发人员。




房间：7平米~13.5。床上(不含被子)、空调、衣柜、布衣架、书桌、椅子等基本家具一应俱全。


位置：位于目黑区，从目黑站出发7分钟，从目黑川出发1分钟（适合赏樱）。距离涩谷、代官山、中目黑、惠比寿、广尾、品川等人气地区非常近，骑自行车即可到达。周围有很多超市、餐厅、精品店和咖啡馆。这里有很多绿色和公园，是一个非常休闲的地区。


交通方面也很方便。前往东京周边的交通非常方便。可乘坐JR山手线、东急目黑线以及两条地铁线（南北线、三田线），步行6~7分钟。最近的巴士站步行1分钟即可到达。

House: Recently reformed (2019/06), everything is NEW! 6 bedrooms (4 for rent, from 60k - 80k), two toilets, one bathtub, one shower room. 30 sqm living room with full stainless island kitchen with all what you need. Owner stays in the house with his dog (cute small black shiba). Most current tenants are engineer or software developers from well know companies.




Room: 7 sqm ~ 13.5. Fully equipped with basic furniture such as bed(quilts not includes), A/C, wardrope,cloth hanger, desk, chair and so on.


Location: Located in Meguro, 7 minutes from Meguro station and 1 minute from Meguro river (perfect for Sakura). Very close biking distance to the popular areas such as Shibuya, Daikanyama, Nakameguro, Ebisu, Hiroo and Shinagawa. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants, boutique shops and cafes are around. Very relaxing area with a lot of green and park.




Public transportation: Very convenient to transport all around Tokyo. Can use JR Yamanote line, Tokyu-meguro line as well as two Metro lines (Namboku-line and Mita-line), all 6~7 minutes’ walk. Most nearest bus station in 1 minute’ walk.
