I mean at least you should have one language speaking as native...either Japanese or English....You cannot expect to speak Chinese to them right?

Native level Japanese ability might be required for front office positions. For Quant/IT, English should be enough. I have seen very few japanese ppl in such kind of teams.

I don't know the exact number..but less than front.
FO graduate scheme, average year salary for the 1st yr is around 700m. Then for normal year, you could expect 100% salary for the bonus...
obviously not this year.

IT could have much less bonus.. but the salary level should be fair fine.

我是自嘲来着呢，其实没一个运用自如的
我只能说，日语比我强的英语多半不如我，英语比我强的日语多半不如我。。。。
要是都比我强，我就只有跟你比中文了。。。。。。
