可能是因为图片大小的原因，你可以用如果方式试试，
进入“基本资料修改”，有没有发现在头项设置那里有个“自定义头像地址”的选项？
你在那里输入你这个图片的URL地址，也就是这个——http://www.xiaochunjp.com/showimg.asp?BoardID=35&filename=2005-3/2005331368640.jpg
输入以后，最后把浏览器往下拉，有个“更新”按钮，点击它，即可！

弄好了。不能上传的原因是图片太宽了。
