休息的时间打算做冬瓜炖排骨
买好了排骨

先用热水掉一下
然后放在锅里面
开火后小火一个半小时
放冬瓜，接着半个小时
冬瓜半透明状态
脆骨已经都软化了，可是肉还粘连
接着，吃。。。。尤其是汤，非常有营养
可惜手机拍照加上热气腾腾，但是味道很好
