党的由来：
取意为纯洁的白色樱花，党性纯洁。另含双关。白，朽木白哉。樱，樱冢星史郎。东京。此三者为创建者个人热爱之人物地点，本党供奉，仅限名称，与党员及党其他设定无关。
入党条件：
①申请加入者每人交纳500字以上文章一篇，以跟帖形式发于本帖并在原创版或水潭另发一份。标题注名{入党申请}。内容题材不限，诗歌除外，保证认真写作态度及文章质量。
②可在文章前注明个人联系方式（QQ，MSN），如有主页可申请加入党集团博客联盟。
③经审核通过后则正式成为本党成员。可加入本党专用QQ群。
④党员应积极参加本党活动。
⑤党员审核标准（8月7日新增）：新党员入党，需在党群内经由原党员考核3个月，如3个月内无重大过失，无3人以上原党员对其有意见，则正式成为本集团成员。原党员对其审核意见可PM在下予以裁定。
否则取消其党员资格。取消其ID中一切与本党有关项目如党员头像，博客联盟位置，党文前缀等。并予以开除党籍处理。

White Sakura Declaration
Our organization was established in August 1st. 2005. Welcome people whose love comic, love cartoon, love aestheticism, love VR, and love literalness.

The cause of the party:
Take to mean the clean, pure, and white Sakura. On the other hand, Haku is from Kareki Hakuya, Sakura is from Sakuratsuka Seishirou, and Tokyo. But this three things are only individual that likes its people and location. It’s the name only, and it has nothing to do with party members and other settings.
The condition of joining White Sakura:
The applicant should hand over a 500 words or above articles. Please post here, and post another for new one. The header pleases note “Joining Party Application.” The contents of topic do not limit, except poem. Secure to compose attitude and article quality.
Please note before article the individual contact method (QQ). If there is main page, you can request to join Bokee Alliance of White Sakura.
After auditing pass, you will become this member formally. You can join the QQ group of our exclusive use. In auditing stage, you just can join the QQ group of our ministry.
The party members should be positive to attend the activity.
Party member auditing standard (Add on August 7): When the new party members join political party, they should be investigated by original party members in 3 months. If they don’t have grievous faults in 3 months, and original party members are no more than 3 people oppose, then they will become the member of our party. Original party member has opinion can contact us.
Otherwise, rescind its party member qualification. Rescinding its ID whole things that are our party items. Such the avatar of our party, the site of Bokee allianc, the front embellishment of the text, and etc. And the union dismisses the party affiliation.
