Within Temptation成立于1996年,属于美声歌德金属,1997年4月，Within Temptation正式发行了首张专辑，令人印象深刻。专辑风格若扣除吉他手Robert的death vocal演出，事实上就是全然优美导向的gothic metal，不过正由于death腔的加入及厚重的吉他刷扣，使得这张专辑既能呈现动人的优美气息，又不失金属乐该有的重量感。整张专辑的编曲结构虽然简单，但是丰富的情感和气氛烘托，伴随Sharon迷人演唱的引领，反倒能够紧紧吸引住听者的耳朵!!

第2只是来自芬兰的Children of Bodom乐队,著名的旋律死金乐队...这只芬兰团体的名字取自于芬兰历史上最大的神秘谋杀集团之一--Bodom湖杀手。Bodom湖位于芬兰的南部，*近首都赫尔辛基。

archenemy乐队,来自瑞典的超级团体......攻击性旋律化死亡金属，就好象当年的carcass，狠辣的riff，及快速流畅的吉他solo。 那份痛苦,那份苍凉,和那份来自黑暗的完美感觉却使你久久不能释怀
