今天的晚饭

因为是跟儿子2个人吃的，就炒了一个菜。
红烧肉，烧了半锅，等凉了，就分成了好几份冻起来，每次吃的时候，拿出来1份就行了。很方便。
这个菜是用红烧肉炒アスバラ、長芋。
炒菜的时候没有放酱油，所以颜色有些淡了。[em04]
