是的，有日本签证可以在菲律宾免签证停留不超过7天，五一去了长滩岛刚回来，那太美了。但是要是计划滞留超过7天，必须要提前办理菲律宾签证，菲律宾给中国公民最长59天的签证。
还有不光长滩，宿务，还有薄荷岛也不错，如果药要是时间足够的话，不一定非待在菲律宾，还可以用东南亚的廉航，去马来西亚，泰国转转阿。

是的，马尼拉治安很差，特别是晚上千万不要单独行动，白天倒也罢了，但要注意抢包的，还有，菲律宾枪支管理很混乱，大白天经常发生枪击案，所以能不在马尼拉停留就别再那待着。

还有一个问题，楼主必须提前办理新加坡签证，注意，新加坡过境96小时免签的条件是持有澳洲，美国，英国，日本等国家的签证和联程机票，经由新加坡前往上述该国家时，可以在新加坡停留96小时免签，可是楼主的行程是从马尼拉飞抵新加坡停留三天后前往马来西亚，也就是说你经由新加坡后下一站目的地是大马而不是日本，虽说你的最终目的地是日本，但这里不符合过境条件，不能办理新加坡过境96小时免签，而且你没有新加坡签证从马尼拉坐飞机办理登机手续时，航空公司有权拒绝给你办理登机手续，拒绝给你登机牌。所以赶快去办理新加坡签证，联系一下新加坡驻大阪领事馆，现在办理比以前麻烦了，要通过领馆指定的旅行社，而且费用很贵，当年我办的时候只花了1400日元，现在听说要10000日元左右。

请看这里，新加坡出入境管理局的网页，要求过境必须持有联程的而且是直接飞往目的地国家的机票。

(b) the traveller has not returned to one's home country since the SJV was last utilised
All transit passengers who satisfy the above criteria are not guaranteed entry but are still subjected to Singapore's prevailing entry requirements. Extension of stay for transit passengers under this VFTF scheme is strictly not allowed.
** A visa is considered valid if it is not expired and is good for entry into the third country.

All transit passengers who satisfy the above criteria are not guaranteed entry but are still subjected to Singapore's prevailing entry requirements.
Transit passengers who satisfy all the above requirements and allowed entry will be granted a stay of up to 96-hours (4 days) in Singapore. Extension of stay for transit passengers under this VFTF scheme is strictly not allowed.
