It was really fun and everybody enjoyed the class.

You should use the original ID to summarize the result for this post

第一课是2个小时 有10人出席 课室坐满人 .我怕你追不上进度 第一课教的演讲技巧是:

1.  How to be confident in public speaking : eye contact and posture
2.  the importance of audience engagement : analysis of who they are , and what are their vested interest ?
3.  How to speak with a structure :
     a. tell at the beginning what is the theme today
     b. explain why they need to listen to you
     c. articulate the details with transition
     d. conclude via a memorable ending, or a soundbite
4.  How to provide feedback to others : stating the fact first is imperative
5.  If you only have 30 seconds to provide an important piece of information to your superior, please use SER technique : State  Elaborate Repeat
