small group for public speaking practice

Looking for a small group(3-4 person) for public speaking/speech practice.

Language could be En, JPN, CHN. prefer ENG at first, because current main demand is for ENG speech, teleconference, presentation in daily work.

Online regular meeting would be best at beginning.

Something about myself: trilingual speaker. Eng as main working language, and sometimes JPN as well. now study FRN. Current job requires a lot of public speaking, and from career perspective, a good leader has to be a good speaker, which is my main motivation for improving speech skills.

sorry for late reply.

Recently I practiced myself — trying on a daily basis — and noticed that it would be better to have more output with a small group.
But the partners should be really above medium level, or it will be wasting time for everyone.
